The mind-body connection in Pilates is different from yoga as in is more detailed and precise, while yoga maintains a meditative fluidity.

In-home: sessions will be conducted in clients home or building fitness facility.

In-studio: contact for studio locations

Group rates: sessions are conducted on site and are perfect for corporate, event, or parties of 8 or more.
