We have classes fit for all levels, full of great beats, and an uplifting energy.

PILATES MAT: SCULPT

Sculpt is a high energy, contemporary Pilates class that will make you sweat.  In only 45mins you will activate every part of your body, sculpting long, lean muscles and  increasing strength and endurance.  Each exercise focuses on proper alignment while building into a challenging progression to create every sequence.   Pilates is a low-impact, highly effective workout that activates every muscle in the body. Through proper alignment, connecting with the breath and innovative sequencing each class is uniquely challenging while helping to achieve balance in the body. Pilates is designed to strengthen the stabilizing muscles to help support the joints, recover from injury, correct postural imbalances, increase endurance and improve flexibility and circulation.

PRENATAL YOGA

Our signature PRENATAL YOGA class will help prepare you physically and mentally for each stage of your pregnancy.  Using the power of the breath and the magic of yoga to allow you to connect with your baby, calm your mind, increase strength, feel energized, improve circulation, increase stability and so much more.  Our prenatal instructors are knowledgeable on the safety and precautions necessary to create a safe space for you to experience the countless benefits  that yoga can offer you during this journey. Please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program while pregnant.  Make sure you take the time to listen to your body, stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.  You should always take caution and make sure you do not become too warm, experience shortness of breath or dizziness.

PILATES MAT: Strength

A contemporary Pilates mat class designed to work every muscle in your body, increasing strength and flexibility, while sculpting long, lean muscles. This is an open level class and may include the optional use of props (not required) and modifications will be given for all levels of experience. Pilates is a low-impact, highly effective workout that activates every muscle in the body. Through proper alignment, connecting with the breath and innovative sequencing each class is uniquely challenging while helping to achieve balance in the body. JUSTFLOW: Vinyasa

Our signature vinyasa flow, JUSTFLOW uses creative sequencing with an emphasis on proper alignment and biomechanics to help you deepen your practice, while maintaining the highest integrity to your body.  Be prepared to sweat, as we move through an invigorating flow to build heat in the body, help you connect to your breath and energize you for your day.  This open level class will provide modifications for all levels of yogi.  Props may be used but are not necessary (i.e. blocks, blanket).  A regular yoga practice provides countless benefits to our physical and mental health.  Your body is your greatest teacher and yoga gives you the tools to truly listen.  Always go at your pace, listen to your body and have patience during your practice.  We are here to guide you so please reach out if you have any questions.

BARRE FUSION

Our BARRE FUSION class blends traditional isometric strength training of Barre with high reps of small range-of-motion movements, a mix of yoga for increased flexibility and Pilates for sculpting and core strength. This high-energy, low-impact class will elevate your heart rate while sculpting  long, lean muscles.  We focus on creative choreography, making each class fresh, new and fun. Barre is the perfect addition to Pilates and yoga as a way to add a little more cardio and dynamic movement into your fitness routine.  This class is designed to be accessible anywhere, props may be used but are not necessary. 

YOGA & PILATES

YOGA + PILATES combines contemporary Pilates into a vinyasa flow through creative sequencing, emphasizing proper alignment and biomechanics to help you deepen your practice while maintaining the highest integrity to your body. This is a low-impact, highly effective workout that activates every muscle in the body in only 45 mins. Through proper alignment, connecting with the breath, and innovative sequencing, each class is uniquely challenging while achieving balance in the body.
